Welcome to the Radnor House Sevenoaks transport page, dedicated to our new StudentSafe home-to-school bus tracking service, available exclusively for Radnor House Sevenoaks pupils.
We are pleased to have partnered with StudentSafe to provide a modern, technology-enhanced transport solution that places pupil safety and wellbeing at the heart of every journey. Through the StudentSafe Parent App, families can benefit from real-time bus tracking, simple and flexible booking options, journey notifications and customer support from 6:30am to 7:00pm.
On this page, you can explore our current routes, stops and timetables. Once registered, you will be able to make ad hoc and late bus bookings directly through the StudentSafe App, paying for these via the App.
Each year we review our routes to best support our community, and we welcome suggestions from parents during our annual review process.

Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm to assist you with non-urgent enquiries.
How do I register?
To register, simply click on the “register” button located in the bottom left corner of the parent app. You’ll need to provide your email address, which must match the one you’ve registered with the School for security reasons. The system will then send a One Time Passcode (OTP) to your registered mobile number for verification. Once entered, you’ll be prompted to set up your password.
My email will not work when registering?
If your email address doesn’t match the one registered with the School, please contact [email protected] to update your details on the School’s system.
When registering my email, I didn’t receive a 6-digit code?
If you didn’t receive a code, it’s likely that your mobile number doesn’t match the records held by the School. Please contact [email protected] to update your details.
Where can I find the bus routes and timetables?
You can find detailed bus routes and timetables on this website. Explore each route to see bus stops and departure/arrival times.
What if I would like an additional stop?
Our service can be flexible, and additional stops may be added where there is sufficient demand and they fit within existing routes.
To request a new stop, please complete our short form for review by StudentSafe. All requests are assessed at the next half term or end of term, whichever comes first. If you have any questions or need help completing the form, feel free to contact us at [email protected].
What if I need different stops/routes during the week to accommodate my child’s regular travel?
If a child uses two different bus stops during their school journeys, the termly bus charge will be based on the stop that is furthest from the school. Please email us at [email protected] for assistance.
How does the late bus work?
- If pupils are return bus users (AM and PM journeys) on a termly ticket the late bus is complimentary.
- If pupils are AM bus users only, there is a charge for the late bus journey.
- If pupils are PM bus users, there is no charge for the late bus.
How will billing work?
- For the remainder of the 2025/26 academic year, the school will continue to bill the parents as normal for the termly bookings.
- Ad-hoc bookings and payments will be made via the parent app
If I book my child on the bus but they do not travel, will I still be charged?
Yes, as the seat is reserved for your child, no other student can take that seat.
If I cancel my booking after half a term, will I get a refund?
No, billing is for the whole term to facilitate route planning and capacity prediction.
If I start my booking after half a term, will I be charged less?
No, billing is for the whole term. This allows us to plan the routes, stops and bus capacity.
How do I cancel / give notice for the bus service?
All bookings are termly and must be made in advance. If you wish to cancel partway through the term, you will still be charged for the remainder of that term.

What to do if the school bus is running late?
Wait at your stop for 10 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.
Check the StudentSafe parent app for bus tracking and updates.
If the bus hasn’t arrived, contact the StudentSafe control centre at 01959 583030.
What if my child misses the bus?
While we recommend being at the stop at least 5 minutes early, our buses should not depart before their allocated time.
If your child misses the bus, you’ll need to arrange their journey to School and please notify us at [email protected].

Terms and Conditions
- This agreement is made between all School bus passengers, their parents and Radnor House in order to provide safe, comfortable and civilised journeys for all passengers.
- Arrangements for pupils’ journeys to and from School are the responsibility of their parents. To assist with discharging this responsibility, Radnor House provides a School bus service.
- Transport on the School bus service must be arranged in advance but is billed via the termly bill.
- Bookings on the School bus service are non-refundable in the event of a pupil failing to travel.
- All pupils are required to have a booking for the full five days a week (full return or one way). To make a booking, please contact [email protected]
- Ad Hoc travel will be available from January 2026 and will only be possible if there is sufficient space on the bus. Priority will always be given to pupils that wish to use the bus 5 days a week. Ad-hoc bookings and payments will be facilitated by the StudentSafe parent app.
- It will be the parents’ responsibility to inform the School via [email protected] if they no longer wish to use the School bus service. A full term’s notice must be given by a parent prior to the removal of a pupil from the School Bus Service.
- No pupil is permitted to travel on the School bus service if not pre-booked for that bus. Other arrangements for journeys to and from School must be made by them or their parents.
- Pupils must travel to and from Radnor House in full School uniform or a full School PE kit (except on approved nonuniform days).
- Pupils should be at the bus stop five minutes before the scheduled time of departure to ensure they don’t miss the service. In the evening, parents should be at the bus stop five minutes before the scheduled time of arrival to collect a passenger.
- Good conduct is required at all times. Bullying, shouting, use of foul language, dropping litter, playing music, or any other misbehaviour is strictly forbidden.
- Except when embarking or disembarking, all passengers must remain seated with their seatbelts fastened correctly.
- Whilst on a School bus, all passengers must accept without question the authority of a transport company official or Radnor House member or staff who may ask them to obey any reasonable instruction such as to pick up litter, desist from certain actions or to move to a different seat.
- Failure to comply with these conditions may result in disciplinary action, including temporary or permanent withdrawal of permission to use the School bus service.
- Radnor House aims for 95% of journeys to operate within the transport industry window of tolerance of one minute early to five minutes late, however timings may vary due to traffic conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Drivers will not wait past the scheduled departure time.
- Pupils in Year 3 and above are permitted to travel on the school bus; however, they must be accompanied by a sibling.
