We are delighted to have partnered with StudentSafe to deliver a technology-led transport management solution to our parents and pupils, with increased safeguarding as our number one priority whilst also encouraging more parents to use the service to help reduce emissions on the school run.

How do I register?
To register, simply click on the “register” button located in the bottom left corner of the app’s home page. You’ll need to provide your email address, which must match the one you’ve registered with the School for security reasons. The system will then send a One Time Passcode (OTP) to your registered mobile number for verification. Once entered, you’ll be prompted to set up your password.
My email will not work when registering?
If your email address doesn’t match the one registered with the School, please contact [email protected] update your details on the School’s system.
When registering my email, I didn’t receive a 6-digit code?
If you didn’t receive a code, it’s likely that your mobile number doesn’t match the records held by the School. Please contact [email protected] to update your details.
Where can I find the bus routes and timetables?
You can find detailed bus routes and timetables on this website. Explore each route to see bus stops and departure/arrival times.
What if I would like an additional stop?
Our service can be flexible, and additional stops may be added where there is sufficient demand and they fit within existing routes.
To request a new stop, please complete our short form for review by StudentSafe. All requests are assessed at the next half term or end of term, whichever comes first. If you have any questions or need help completing the form, feel free to contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
What if I need different stops/routes during the week to accommodate my child’s regular travel?
While split bookings aren’t available, we understand exceptional circumstances may arise. Please email us at [email protected] for assistance.
How will billing work?
- Payment is processed by StudentSafe at the time of booking to confirm your child’s seat for the term.
- Payment must be made via debit/credit card on the booking portal.
- The cost per journey is £8 for regular contract bookings and £12 per journey for one off “ad hoc” bookings.
If I book my child on the bus but they do not travel, will I still be charged?
Yes, as the seat is reserved for your child, no other student can take that seat.
If I cancel my booking after half a term, will I get a refund?
No, billing is for the whole term to facilitate route planning and capacity prediction.
How do I cancel / give notice for the bus service?
All bookings are termly and must be made in advance. If you wish to cancel partway through the term, you will still be charged for the remainder of that term.
How do I request a refund?

What if I need to amend my travel arrangements before the start of term?

What to do if the school bus is running late?
Wait at your stop for 10 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.
Check the StudentSafe parent app for bus tracking and updates.
If the bus hasn’t arrived, contact the StudentSafe control centre at 01258 442382.
What if my child misses the bus?
While we recommend being at the stop at least 5 minutes early, the buses should not depart before their allocated time.
If your child misses the bus, you’ll need to arrange their journey to School and please notify us at [email protected].

Urgent enquiries regarding live service issues can be made between 6.30am and 9am and 4pm and 7pm.
Terms and Conditions
- A booking indicates acceptance of these Conditions of Carriage including the responsibility for payment, and if necessary, a surcharge, on the end of term bill.
- Bookings are subject to seat availability. Journeys are charged per trip.
- Payment is taken at the time of booking.
- Journeys cost £8 if booked more than 24 hours in advance, £12 if between 24 and 12 hours in advance and no bookings are allowed closer than 12 hours.
- Any pupils that travel without a booking, will be added onto the journey by the driver, dependant on seating being available and will be charged £12.00 per journey.
- In the instance of a booking not being previously made, a payment link will be sent out after the journey is completed by our partner Studentsafe.
- Cancellations must be made via the Studentsafe app. Refunds are not offered for cancellations.
- Journeys booked cannot be transferred or rolled over.
- The school reserves the right to withdraw/amend a route with appropriate notice. Routes will be subject to review at appropriate intervals and may necessitate the restructuring of existing routes. Any route change/s will be subject to a trial period.
- The bus will only stop at designated stops where there are designated bookings.
- The school reserves the right to withdraw the daily bus service.
- Bookings for the daily bus service can be made via The Studentsafe app only.
- Parents/guardians are asked to take responsibility for their child up to the point of boarding the vehicle on a journey to Bryanston and meeting their child from the vehicle at the scheduled place and time of drop off on the return journey.
- Pupils in years 1- 8 must have a parent present when picking up and dropping off at designated stops.
- Pupils below the age of 13 years will not be left at drop off locations if their parent/guardian is not there to collect them. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the parent guardian to ascertain where they are. The driver will make a judgement as to whether the coach/bus waits and for how long. In the interests of safety, the school reserves the right to continue the journey with the child remaining on the vehicle until they are met by their parent/guardian or will continue the journey back to school from where they will then need to be collected. The driver may also contact the Houseparent of said child to agree a safe option.
- Pupils aged 4 or lower are not permitted to use the home to school transport.
- Pupils aged 5 or 6 may use the home to school transport, but must sit on a front facing booster seat meeting ECE44/04 regulation. These can be provided by the school where availability allows. Parents/guardians may provide a booster seat, but they must fit it themselves.
- If parents have any concerns about their child for any journey, they are requested to speak with the driver.
- Buses will not leave the pick-up/drop off points before the time specified but will endeavour to arrive/leave at the time specified. Parents will accept the responsibility to collect/deliver their children at the specified time.
- Snacks, soft drinks and water may be taken onboard; however, hot food, alcohol and glass bottles are not permitted.
- All rubbish must be disposed of safely in the bus bins or removed from the bus when disembarking.
- Parents and children will accept that good behaviour is expected. Normal school rules apply.
- Seat belts MUST be worn at all times whilst on board.
- Passengers must remain on board the bus until permission from the driver has been given to disembark.
